The variety of animals grown in fish and shellfish farms is far greater than what’s grown on land.  As you’d expect, the systems to raise them vary just as much.  In this article, originally published in AgFunder News, I describe the ways fish farmers run their farms to provide us what, in my absolutely unbiased opinion, is the tastiest thing we can put on the dinner table.
